Who We Are
Purple Rose is a ready to wear African clothing brand, serving women who are of African descent or love to identify with the African heritage. Our pieces are carefully and elegantly made with African prints and fabrics, especially Ankara. Our aim is to make women feel royal and elegant, as well as focus on people in the diaspora.
We're also third party sellers of fashion accessories made by other African artisans eg. Raffia bags, African inspired earrings, amongst other items.
We accept returns within 15 days of receipt. The items must be in new and unused condition. Please note that items on sale or personalised items may not be eligible for return.
To start a return, send us an email purpleroseattires@gmail.com. The subject of the email should be: RETURN
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
Once we receive the returned item, please allow up to 14 days for us to process your return and initiate a refund to the original payment method.
Presently we only ship within Canada. We are happy to take international orders if you’re able to sort out the pick-up

Shipping charges vary depending on the destination and size of the order. All shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

In case of lost or stolen orders, send us an email purpleroseattires@gmail.com. The subject of the email should be: LOST/STOLEN ORDER. We will initiate a courier investigation and explore replacement or refund options as necessary.
